Basic information
EU Directive prescribes October 2006 reducing exhaust emissions of diesel engines for commercial vehicles with a capacity of 6.5 tonnes, which will thereafter be put into service. Emissions are limited by the Euro 4 directive, then from 2009 Euro 5 Limits according to the EURO 4 and EURO 5 can be achieved primarily by SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), which is used 32.5% pure urea solution, known as AdBlue®.
